Our purpose is to make a charity art book and donate 100% of the profits to the charity, St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.
Most artists seemed to be choosing cute, cuddly (and more mammal-y/pretty) animals, so I decided to go with insects… I loved them as a kid, and I still love them now. I was so upset when my parents didn’t let me keep a rhino beetle as a pet in Japan. XD
The final piece will not be uploaded to my tumblr/galleries until the book is printed and released. I will, however, be working on this via LiveStream this week. :)
